GENERAL INFORMATION

FACILITIES
Sanctuary. Our sanctuary will seat approximately 300 people.
Fellowship Hall (Reception). Fellowship Hall will seat 100 guests with additional patio seating available.
Wedding Party Dressing Areas. While we do not have designated private dressing areas, the larger bathroom in Fellowship Hall and the bathroom in the manse can be utilized.
Audio Visual System. If you wish to use our sound system, please make arrangements with our sound technician concerning rehearsal and ceremony dates and times. Fees for the sound technician’s services must be paid directly to the technician. Our system can be used for video and PowerPoint presentations.
Childcare. The Manse next to the church building may be used for childcare if needed. The wedding couple will need to provide their own childcare.
Damage. The wedding party is responsible for any damage to floors, carpets, furniture, dishes, etc.
No Smoking. No smoking is allowed in any of our facilities.
Additional Restrictions. No open flames, alcoholic beverages, or controlled substances/drugs are allowed on the premises.
BEFORE THE CEREMONY
Premarital Counseling. We recommend the couple schedule counseling with our pastor in advance of the wedding.
Guest Pastor. If you would like a guest pastor to participate in performing your ceremony, please submit their name to the church office. Once approved, the guest pastor can take part in the ceremony.
Wedding Coordinator. The person coordinating the wedding must register with the ICC pastor. This person must be available attend the rehearsal, be present at the wedding, and assist the set up for the reception, if it is held at the church.
Scheduling. All weddings should be scheduled through our church office in advance.
Marriage License. Since the wedding service is also binding in the eyes of civil authorities, you must bring your marriage license with you to the wedding rehearsal. The Church is responsible for submitting your marriage license to the courthouse.
Music. Since the wedding ceremony is a Christian service, it is important the music be appropriate. You may use prerecorded music as well as live music. A piano is available if you wish to supply a pianist or you can make arrangements with the church pianist.
Decorations. No decorations can be used that leave marks, holes or coloring on walls or furniture. No tacks, pins, nails, scotch tape, or glue may be used. Command strips or other non-marking adhesive is permitted.
Rehearsal. The wedding rehearsal can be scheduled on a day and time agreeable to the wedding couple, wedding coordinator and pastor.

Flowers. It is the responsibility of the wedding couple to provide the floral arrangements.
Apparel. Clothing must be appropriate for the occasion.
Confetti. The throwing of rice, birdseed, confetti, fresh rose petals, etc. must occur outside the building. Balloons or bubbles may be released outside the building as well.
AFTER THE CEREMONY
Photography. Access to the building, as well as all photos and video must be arranged with wedding coordinator.
Reception. Receptions can be held downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. Food may be brought in by private parties or a professional caterer. Paperware etc. must be provided by the wedding party.
Clean-Up. The wedding party is responsible for cleanup of the facilities after the ceremony.
Lost or Stolen Items. ICC is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged. Please make sure you secure all valuables.

Facilities Usage Fee: $75
Pastor: $100
Premarital Counseling Fee: $150 – $300
