How Legacy Gifts Work. Include a gift to the Idyllwild Community Church in your will or trust. Your gift can be unrestricted or directed to a specific purpose. You can indicate a specific amount or a percentage of your estate or trust. You can also leave Nontraditional Gifts. By including our ministry in your estate planning, you are ensuring that families in Idyllwild and beyond continue to receive assistance and love. Examples include:
- Faith Nurturing. Sunday School, youth ministry, day camps, scholarship funds, summer intern
- Missionaries. Missionary program
- Outreach. New member programs
- Support Services. Administration, preschool, and nursery
- Capital Projects. Renovations and new facilities
Tell Us Your Plans. If you decide to include a gift to your church family, please notify us so we can thank you and make sure we understand your plans. Your gift will be treated confidentially if you so desire.
Amending Your Will. You can amend your Will or Living Trust to make a gift to Idyllwild Community Church. If you don't have legal counsel you might ask a friend for a referral or contact the following local attorneys to assist you in amending your existing will/trust or creating one.
