PANCAKE BREAKFAST. At different times during the year, we host a pancake breakfast on our courtyard patio. It is free and open to the public. It is a way for people to meet other members of the community, enjoy a meal together, talk, and get to know each other. Last year, it was a 4th of July Celebration. This year it's an Easter Celebration.
STEVE'S RECIPE. Steve and Patti Paschall moved to Idyllwild on April 15, 2021. They joined Idyllwild Community Church and fell in love with the town. Steve is an architect who not only designs houses but makes pancakes. He has been making blueberry pancakes for people after learning a special recipe from his Professor Bob Williams' wife Lee.
Below is the recipe he has been using since 1961. Steve and Patti invite you to join them at Idyllwild Community Church, ALSO known as "the Trailhead to Heaven."
