Explore Life’s Big Questions
What is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of sessions that explores the foundations of the Christian faith in an honest, non-judgmental environment. Sessions typically begin with food and connection, followed by a talk and open discussion. ALPHA stands for:
Anyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith;
Learning and laughter;
People meeting together;
Helping one another, and
Asking anything.
Explore the Basics of the Christian Faith
Alpha creates space for honest conversation about some of life’s biggest questions through a series of interactive sessions. The sessions are designed to provide guests with a safe, caring environment to share thoughts, ideas, and opinions. Discussions are provocative and open-ended. How did the universe get here? Why am I here? What is my purpose? Why did Jesus die? How do I pray? Why and how should I read the Bible?
Arrive & Connect
All sessions start with a time to connect and build friendships, eliminating awkwardness and creating space for important conversations.
